- What proof do I need?
- Photo ID and proof the vehicle is yours or that you are authorised to use it, such as the V5C, the insurance certificate or a company letter.
- Can you make a key for any car?
- Most. Some recent models need dealer-only codes; the locksmith says so up front, and we can transport the vehicle to the dealer.
- Is it cheaper than a dealer?
- The locksmith quotes before starting, so you can compare with the dealer's price. The work happens where the car is, so there is no transport to pay for.
